Rules.
General. • No power playing. If you don't want anyone to control your character, then why would they want you to do it to them? • Please know the difference between IC/OOC and don't cross the line. We know that drama occurs, and if you cannot deal with it on your own then please bring it to our attention. We won't bite! • Please know proper spelling and grammar! Nothing is more aggravating than having to play with someone who misspells something in every sentence! A few typos are okay, but if you're being careless and we see it happening continuously? We will talk to you about it. • Furthermore, this game is about quality. We're striving to have writers that will write to the best of their ability, and who will develop their characters while doing so. • Any life-altering plots need to be approved by the mods first. • You may have a total of five characters. If you want more and you have been keeping up with your activity then we'll consider letting you have more. If you want to play all girls or all boys? Feel free to! Why should we limit creativity? Posting. • Activity checks will be done once a month and you must have a minimum of one journal entry, and at least threads for half/the majority of your characters: One Character = One Thread. • All threads posted in the main community need to be tagged with your character's first and last name. The mods will create a tag for your character upon acceptance. • Threads should all contain the following heading or at least a variation thereof: Who: • We would prefer for everyone to be over the age of seventeen, but exceptions will be made if you can prove your maturity level with your writing capability. This game could potentially have situations that reach the NC17 level, and if that offends you? It probably wouldn't be a good idea to join this game. • Please remember to friends-lock all of your posts in the out of character community. Locking your personal journal entries is optional. We would prefer it if all of the threads were to remain public until they reach the NC17 level, but we also will understand if you would like to lock your threads - we know how harassment can be sometimes. • Emails, logs, and text messages need to be posted in the main community. • Journal names for characters should contain no underscores, numbers or symbols. Just words/names please. Journal names must have something to do with your character or premade. • Your character's journal can be 'locked' to one person, a group of people, or to themselves if they deem it fit - but do not actually filter your entries.
